At JumpIchiban, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your JumpIchiban account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
